TenantData.org enables UK landlords, agents, insurers and relevant third parties to record the conduct of their tenants, both good & bad! This information is made available to participating organisations to assist with the referencing & tenant selection process. Because we do our best to verify the authenticity of the data collected & the accuracy of the submission, TenantData.org is an invaluable tool which operates in conjunction with traditional data sources & ultimately provides landlords & agents with additional protection against high risk, fraudulent & problem tenants.
The rules of TenantData.org are simple. You submit details of your tenants with as much detail as you have & we will add your comments to our database. We do not allow anonymous submissions as we have a duty to verify the authenticity of every submission however we never reveal the source of the report to the tenant concerned or our members.
